Description
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. KEYBOARD AND SEATING SETUP
• Place the keyboard under the front mirror so that it is visible in the rear mirror.
• Sit as close to the desk as possible. If the armrests prevent you from moving closer, swap them left/right.
• The distance of the keyboard from the edge of the desk should match the length of your arms.
2. MIRROR ADJUSTMENT
Front mirror:
• Adjust the angle according to your height:
◦ approx. 50° for shorter users
◦ approx. 53° for users around 180 cm
◦ approx. 55° for taller users
• To adjust, use your thumbs, middle fingers, and index fingers to keep the wedges in place during adjustment.
Rear mirror:
• Adjust the angle so the keyboard is fully visible.
• At a height of 180 cm and desk height of 75 cm, the recommended angle is around 85°.
• If the mirror touches the monitor stand, rotate the mirror legs 180°.
3. POSTURE AND SUPPORT
• Your back should rest against the lumbar support; your neck and spine should be aligned.
For wrist support:
• Use a palm rest with a negative tilt.
• The logo should be on the left side.
• Move the keyboard closer so it touches the palm rest.
4. DISTANCE AND ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
• If the mirror interferes with wrist movement:
◦ Move the keyboard closer.
◦ If needed, use a thinner keyboard or place the mirror higher.
5. LIGHTING AND POSTURE
• The LED light illuminates the keyboard and warns you about poor posture:
◦ Adjust the mirrors correctly so the light is only visible on the bottom edge of the rear mirror.
◦ If you lean forward, the light will alert you.
6. RELAXED POSTURE
• If you want to work in a relaxed position, move the front mirror forward and look directly at the keyboard.
