The chair is truly top-quality. I previously had a good office chair, but due to wear and tear, I decided to purchase a new one. I reviewed many different manufacturers offering ergonomic chairs, but this one convinced me the most, so I decided to place an order.

Even before delivery, the company contacted me to check whether the chair would truly suit me based on my height and the type of work I do. They made an exceptional effort, took the time to provide advice, and it is clear that their goal is not just sales, but long-term customer satisfaction.

I received the chair the very next day, and its quality and comfort literally amazed me. The chair is extremely sturdy yet soft at the same time and includes all the features one needs to optimally adjust the seating position. Due to the nature of my work, I sit for an average of at least 9 hours a day. Previously, after so many hours of sitting, I experienced significant pain in my neck, shoulders, and knees. With this chair, however, I genuinely feel no fatigue or stiffness at all. I highly recommend this purchase!

From the very first contact, when they called me, I was pleasantly surprised by how they advised me based on my actual needs and offered only what I truly required. They did not try to sell me the most expensive option, but rather what was most suitable for me.

Once we reached an agreement, they offered to deliver the chair and the ergonomic accessory. During delivery, they professionally set everything up directly in my office and provided a clear presentation and expert advice. They then left the chair and the ergonomic accessory with me for a one-week trial.

They have the right approach and outstanding products.

I experienced back pain and sciatica despite being physically active.

After our company purchased new ERGOS chairs and my workstation was set up with their ergonomic solutions by Mr. Rado, my pain completely disappeared.

I started using the ergonomic stand together with a new ergonomic office chair, and I am very satisfied.

The chair supports my spine and all my joints, while the stand perfectly complements it. Thanks to this combination, I sit correctly and upright most of the time, as I immediately notice when my posture is not right. All of this is clearly reflected in my overall well-being.
